Welcome friends!

When I graduated from college, I moved to the western mountains of Maine for what was supposed to be “just a short while”. The rest is history and I have called the Sugarloaf area home for over 25 years. It has been a privilege to live in a community where others come to spend their vacations. We truly have the playground of the mountains and valleys at our fingertips.

Our family bought a vintage camper about 10 years. We had been tossing around the idea for a while and the right one found us that summer. Since then, we’ve been camping around the state whenever we are able. Our boys are no longer little guys and it’s a tight fit in Scotty these days with all four of us. Over the years, though, we have realized just how much fun it is to travel with our cool little camper. Our boys have a blast and every trip brings us something new or undiscovered.

When we first got the camper, I wanted to pick up some note-cards with fun little campers on them, but I searched and came up with nothing that matched the vision I had in my head. I’m guilty of saying, “I could make that”, all too often. In this case, I actually did. I invested in a silk-screen press and decided to make my own note-cards. Thus, the birth of Four to Go Design. Presently, the cards are printed on a printer and finished by hand. (The press is waiting patiently for me in storage since we moved to a new, old home. I look forward to getting it set up again).

My background is in Interior Design and I have always loved to work on artsy projects, whether they were with fabric, paint or paper, so this endeavor is the perfect fit for me. The screening requires patience and a bit of finesse, which I find challenging. I hope you enjoy the various photos and ideas on the site; I will be adding new things as time permits…and we all know how that goes!

Enjoy, Tracy Jo
