Well, the Holiday season managed to keep me busy, which is a good thing I guess! The last few weeks have been productive…
I was happy to attend the Loafers Local craft show at the grand opening of “The Backside” room at The Rack Bar & Restaurant here at Sugarloaf, back in December. It was the first real local showing for my cards and the response was good. (Thank you, Sarah and Jeff for hosting all of the artists in your new space!). I also sold my first non-camper custom design to a local animal shelter. (Thank you, Heidi. And to everyone in the greater Sugarloaf area: don’t forget to visit the Franklin County Animal Shelter if you are considering adopting a dog or cat!).
I have a few other designs on tap, based on local landmarks (The Dancing Trees) and some twists on the camper designs which play on our winter passion, skiing. Scotty + Skis = Very Cool Camper. The first runs of the Ski Camper cards are available at The Rack in its retail shop downstairs and I’ll be listing the new items on Etsy as well. I must say, it feels really good to see things moving forward!
